Use the same method you signed up with (Google, Apple, Amazon or email). For email accounts, use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page. Check your spam folder for the email.
My payment to a project doesn't show as paid
Solana payments confirm in seconds, but the page checks the blockchain before marking it paid. Refresh the project page after a minute. If it still shows unpaid, send us a ticket with the project name; we never need your seed phrase to look into it.
How long does project review take?
Usually a few days. We contact you at the email or X handle you gave to verify who you are before the project goes live.
How do partner discounts work?
Link your wallet in your account and refresh your tier. Show your member card at the shop or give them your member code. See how discounts work.
Someone messaged me pretending to be Cars Coin
That is a scam. Don't click their links or send anything. Report the message (the flag on the message), block them, and send us a ticket in the "Report a scam" category.
Can I get a refund on a pledge payment?
Payments go directly from your wallet to the creator, so Cars Coin can't reverse them. Contact the creator first; if a creator doesn't deliver, tell us and we will step in with them and may remove the project.
