The short version. Be honest, be respectful, and keep it about cars. Don't post explicit, illegal or scam content. CARS is a utility token, not an investment. Payments go directly between wallets and can't be reversed by us. If you break these rules we can remove content and suspend or deactivate your account.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using carscoin.club (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines and the Privacy Policy (together, the "Policies"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. When we update the Policies, we will ask you to accept the new version before you can post, pledge or start a project.
2. Who can use Cars Coin
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person, one account, unless we approve otherwise for a business.
- You may not use the Site if you have been deactivated before, or if using it would break the laws that apply to you.
3. Your account and security
- You are responsible for everything done with your account and your wallet. Keep your password, devices and seed phrase private.
- Cars Coin will never ask for your seed phrase or private key and will never message you first to "verify", "sync" or "unlock" a wallet.
- Tell us right away through Support if you think your account has been misused.
4. Content you post
- You keep ownership of what you post (text, photos, project details). You give Cars Coin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and share it on the Site and our official channels in order to run and promote the club.
- You must have the rights to anything you upload. Don't post other people's photos or work without permission.
- You may not submit explicit, sexual or nude content, graphic violence, or personal information about others (addresses, phone numbers, ID documents, financial details). See the Community Guidelines for the full list.
- We use automated checks and human moderators. Content may be held for review, hidden or removed at our discretion.
5. The CARS token
- CARS is a utility token used for club membership tiers, partner discounts, Builder board support and club services. It is not an investment, pays no interest, dividends or profit share, and may have no market value.
- Blockchain transactions are final. We cannot reverse, cancel or refund a transaction sent from your wallet.
- Nothing on the Site is financial, legal or tax advice.
6. The Builder board (crowdfunding)
- Creators must be truthful about their project, use the money as described and deliver the perks they promise. Backers receive perks, never ownership, interest or profits.
- Pledges are promises to pay if a project reaches its goal. Payments go directly from the backer's wallet to the creator's verified wallet.
- A platform fee (currently 5%) is deducted from each payment and sent to the Cars Coin fee wallet to support CARS liquidity and the Builders Fund.
- Cars Coin reviews projects before they go live but does not guarantee any project. Disputes between backers and creators are between them; we may help, remove projects and act against accounts that break these Terms.
7. Partner discounts
Partner shops set their own discounts and may change or end them. Member tiers depend on the CARS held in wallets linked to your account, checked on the blockchain.
8. Enforcement, suspension and deactivation
If you break the Policies we may, without notice: hold or remove content, issue a policy strike, mute your account, suspend it for a period, or deactivate it permanently. Accounts that reach three policy strikes are deactivated automatically. Serious violations (explicit sexual content, content involving minors, threats, fraud or impersonating Cars Coin staff) can lead to immediate deactivation and, where required, reports to the authorities. You can ask us to review a decision through Support.
9. Things you must not do
- Break the law, defraud others, launder money or evade sanctions.
- Hack, probe, scrape or overload the Site, or get around our security checks, rate limits or bans.
- Impersonate Cars Coin, our staff, partners or other members.
- Use bots or fake accounts to manipulate likes, follows, pledges or rankings.
10. Third-party services
The Site connects to services we don't control, including Solana wallets, Jupiter and deBridge swap tools, Google, Apple and Amazon sign-in, and DexScreener. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
11. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Cars Coin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, loss of tokens, or losses caused by wallets, blockchains, third-party services, other members or creators. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Cars Coin in the 12 months before the claim.
